Deposit Policy
Deposit of 50% your total nights stay or 1 night stay whichever is greater. A cleaning deposit maybe required on condominium stays.
Minimum Night Stay
3 night minimum stay will apply on all Festival weekends and Holidays. This applies to both the condominiums and the motel. 3 night minimum weekend stay always applies to the condominiums. 2 night minimum weekend stay always applies to the motel. Please call our office at 920-854-2900 to check for 1 night availability.
Cancellation Policy
Motel Rooms - May cancel up to 14 days prior with a $25.00 fee Condominiums - May cancel up to 14 days prior with a $50.00 fee in off season 21 days cancellation in prime season or Festival or Holiday weeks and weekends with a $100.00 fee
