Each motel room has patio doors to private deck overlooking the water, two queen sized beds, large bath with tub & shower, TV, phones, heat, air conditioning, small microwave, refrigerator and fully carpeted.
On the waterfront grounds is a sun deck over the boat house, lawn chairs, picnic tables, and a gas grill. Motel decks each have their own lawn chairs.
Also available is the "West" two bedroom unit. It has a large private deck overlooking the water, kitchenette, and can accommodate six. The "East" two bedroom unit can connect to the West and can accommodate six more.

Sunsets here are spectacular and can be enjoyed from your room or deck. Our property was voted the number one location in Door County to view a sunset.

Rates: Above are based on a two night stay or longer. One night stays are $5.00 additional. Rates listed are for double occupancy. Add $10.00 for each additional person. For single occupancy deduct $5.00. State and County sales tax and any other taxes are additional.
Reservations are recommended, especially mid-summer and fall. A $100.00 deposit is required in advance with the balance due upon arrival. Deposit needed in full on a one night stay. Deposits are applied to the last night(s) of the stay.
Refunds: Full refund on a reservation will be made if cancellation is made 14 days prior to reservation date. If ample time is given so we may rent the room, refunds will also be given with less notice at the discretion of the management.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
